What do we even mean by MEETING YOURSELF?

We could talk about anxiety, depression and other mental health issues but we go deeper. We want to define the trifecta of your life that begins with you, See for yourself if your trifecta needs healing—switch to Saamya Mode.

THE TRIFECTA

"We don't call it diagnosis we call it awareness"

The trifecta of your life—who you are, what you do, and how you connect. If it needs healing, we’re here. Experience Saamya Mode.

But what happens when we develop a negative relationship with any of these pillars?

Here’s a glimpse

Self Suffers

  • Despite your efforts, your plans often end in failure.

  • You carry a heavy burden of guilt for not acting on your goals.

  • There is a voice inside of your head full of self-criticism and self-hatred.

  • You constantly compare yourself to others.

  • You may feel unworthy of success, whether in your career or relationships.

  • You entrust your happiness key to someone else, only to regret it later.

  • You become overly attached too quickly, obsessively checking their online presence, and finding any excuse to connect.

  • You live in constant fear of losing them to someone “better.”

  • You feel incomplete and desperately try to fill the void.

  • Despite molding yourself, you still feel unheard and unloved.

  • You might even stop believing in forming connections.

  • Relationship feels too complex and painful that you rather be detached.

  • You feel lost and uncertain about what to do with your life.

  • There’s a constant pressure to make choices that will earn parental approval and societal respect.

  • You find yourself stuck in a monotonous routine, living for the weekends.

  • The Fear of Missing Out on staying current with trends, upskilling yourself and continually improving yourself.

  • Knowing your passion or life’s direction but feeling unable to pursue it.

  • Fear that you won’t be able to turn your passion or talents into a sustainable income.

  • Facing the challenge of pursuing your passion on your own.

End Result: A cycle of Self-Sabotage Vs becoming overly Self-Conscious.
End Result: Heartbreak or losing your ability to love.

Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1: How long will it take for me to fully heal?

Time and healing are deeply personal experiences. When we're struggling, time can feel like it drags on, while joyful moments seem to slip away too quickly. Similarly, the concept of "healing" varies from person to person. In our sessions, we'll explore your unique perspective on time and healing, working together to define what healing means for you and improving your relationship with time.

Question 2: How can 'just talking' actually improve my mental health?

Words have a profound impact on our lives, whether they come from a critical inner voice or a supportive friend. So, talking is never just ‘talking’—it carries significant weight and impact.

Moreover, therapy goes beyond “just talking.” It’s a blend of scientifically researched techniques and deep empathy, combining rational analysis with emotional understanding. It’s about integrating the best of both worlds—the mind and the heart, the logical and the emotional.

Additionally, this approach requires extensive training, self-reflection, and ongoing supervision. Paying for therapy means investing in a skilled professional who uses these tools to help you navigate your challenges and foster meaningful change.

Question 3: Will I be guaranteed to feel happy and free from bad emotions like sadness, depression, or anxiety after therapy?

Every negative emotion has a story that, once understood, can lead to new sources of happiness. Therapy involves uncovering and listening to these stories, understanding what your emotions are trying to tell you, and discovering their purpose. By addressing these underlying issues, you can find relief and develop a healthier emotional outlook.
